Education and mentorship plays a major part at ACX1 Music.  We will help provide hands-on experience, one-on-one sessions, and specific classes.  Members of our programs will be rewarded by unique experiences, invites to private events, and hopefully into full time employment by either our Co-Op or a referral that we can provide through one of our entertainment partners.

The structure of our ACX101 will begin with basic classes in specific fields.  Classes may range from 10-40 students.  Once our members get a basic grasp of what’s entailed and expected from them, we will funnel them to our one-on-one mentorship program.  This is where they can speak directly to an expert. 

We will them place them in a job-shadowing program where they can see hands on exactly what it takes.  We will then try to help them with either employment, the tools to be self employed, or if its an artist, the necessary tools to be successful.

Our mentors will be fully screened to ensure they can help provide the necessary knowledge and experience for our members.  We will also have an online university our members can visit for past interviews and information.
